Joined a fast-scaling AI startup with zero operational infrastructure and built all of it.

Opened the SF HQ end-to-end. Stood up People Ops, hiring, onboarding, benefits, and performance reviews from scratch. Initiated 76 global tax registrations. Recruited our Head of Legal & Finance, cutting outside counsel costs by $25K/month. Managed insurance transition and overhauled 7 policy lines. Trademarked the Firecrawl name and logo. Built and maintained equity documentation in Pulley. Built the company's first bonus structure, quarterly review framework, and employee handbook.

Conceptualized and emceed a YC hackathon — raised $60K in sponsorships, 495 applicants, 250 attendees, 92 project submissions, $5.2M in prizes distributed. Created "Firecrawl After Dark," a monthly late-night developer shipping arena in SF. Planned and executed team off-sites (Greece, SF, Miami). Reserved LED billboard trucks for three major events. Led and launched v2.0 of the SF bus campaign. Launched automated swag fulfillment, an online merch store, and experience gifting.

Led a lite-version company-wide vendor audit. Consolidated finance tooling. Managed all billing, payroll workflows, and vendor relationships. Coordinated cross-functional communication to keep the entire team aligned.

  • Problem: Investors confused by portfolio display → support volume spike.

    Solution: Redesigned core page with new UI, logic, and messaging.

    Result: 90% decrease in related support tickets. 26% increase in page engagement.

  • Problem: Users couldn't tell available vs. pending funds → flood of "where's my money?" tickets.

    Solution: Rebuilt Cash page UI separating pending vs. available, added transaction ledger and tooltips.

    Result: 40% drop in cash-related tickets within one month.

Founded Revolution Theatre Company and The New England Show Choir Showdown competition, drawing 35+ teams from 10+ states and 5,000+ spectators.

PREMIERE NATIONAL COMPETITION

Produced a sold-out national show choir competition: 35+ teams, 5,000+ attendees, 125+ volunteers, $130K production budget, $50K in profit. Managed every element from arena-grade sound and lighting to sponsorships, judging, travel logistics, and a 2-page concessions menu. Replaced live emcees with pre-recorded cinematic intros synced to custom lighting.

I've designed many spaces across commercial offices, museum workspaces, school classrooms, coworking environments, and homes. My focus right now is commercial and office design — helping companies create workspaces that reflect their culture and make their teams feel something when they walk in.

This isn't decorating. It's experience design with furniture.
